Demand for tickets has been so intense that for the second year, we are live streaming events to the Morrison Hall in the neighbouring St Mary's School. Very kindly the school is allowing us to use the venue to show the sessions with:
- Sir David Frost with Rory Bremner
- Jeremy Vine
- Melrose Mastermind
- Bremner, Wark and Naughtie
- Hilary Mantel
- Ian Rankin
all via the miracle of live television. But ticket prices for these additional events will be slashed to only £7. Those in the Morrison Hall will be able to ask questions via another miracle, the radio, and after the applause all will be able to walk 100 yards to Harmony Garden. There they can meet our festival stars as they sign copies of their books.
This initiative is aimed at inclusivity. We want as many people as possible to share in the magic of the Borders Book Festival - come along, see the sessions and then savour the unique atmosphere of Harmony.
